Throughout the United States, Girl Scout councils use the cookie sale to give to the greater good. Girl Scouts Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho's outreach program is called Operation Troop to Troop.

The boxes of cookies purchased on behalf of our U.S. Troops are given to local military service organizations who pass on the boxes and bring a sweet taste of home and childhood memories to our brave soldiers.
