North Idaho College - North Idaho College

Do you enjoy watching shows where science catches the bad guys?  Ever wondered how much of that is accurate? Learn about some of the careers in Forensic Science and how it relates to solving crimes.  Do some hands on activities and then use your new found knowledge to analyze a crime scene.  Led by a member of the Spokane County Sheriff's Forensic Unit.

This workshop and along with Lego Robotics, 3D Printing, Geocaching and others will be available for girls in grades 6-12, attending the North Idaho College "Imagine Your Stem Future" event on Saturday, May 3, from 9:00am-1:30pm. Lunch is included with your registration!

Girls in grades K-5 will take part in invention design and discovery activities: Design a confetti launcher, and an emergency shelter. Learn about circuits and create a buzzer for a game show.
